M&M Quality Stucco and Stone was founded by myself, Luis Manriquez, and my partner, Sonia Molina, in 2002 as a local family owned business in Salida, Colorado. Our children were born and are currently being raised in Salida.
After learning the trade, locally, in 1998 during summer vacations, the idea of owning a local business became a dream come true for us. The idea of providing the best quality service, workmanship, expertise, and cleanliness greatly appealed to us. That and making all of our clients homes look new, using high quality materials and professionalism, made us pursue our dream all the more.
We have successfully finished hundreds of homes within Chaffee County, Lake County, Park County, Fremont County, and Saguache County. We thank everyone for many good years in business and are looking forward to many more. We provide free estimates, free stucco inspections, and a full range of services at an affordable price.
